Arrival & Dismissal Procedures

Walkers / Bikers

  • In the morning and afternoon, drop-off and pick-up for walkers/bikers will be at the intersection of Overpass Rd. and the walker path leading to campus.
  • In the afternoon, students will be escorted by staff members to the same point for release.
  • Students will use the gate at the walker path to enter/exit campus, with the help of staff members.
  • Students with bikes must walk their bikes on the walker path.
  • The walker gate is locked during the school day, and monitored at arrival/dismissal time.

Car Riders

  • Vehicles pull into the car loop using the double lanes.
  • In the morning, two lanes will merge to one for drop-off.
  • In the afternoon, there are double lanes for loading.
  • Please stay in your car at all times.
  • You must have your car tag with you each day.
  • Follow directions from staff members at ALL TIMES for safety.

Bus Riders

  • As buses arrive on campus, students will be released from the bus with the help of staff members.
  • Students will proceed to their classrooms.

Bell Times

  • Arrival Bell: 9:35 am
  • Tardy Bell: 9:50 am
  • Dismissal Bell: 4:00 pm

Breakfast

Breakfast is available daily between 9:35 – 10:00 am.

Important Information 2025-2026

Arrival

  • Students may arrive by bus, the walker gate, or through the car loop.
  • There is no walk up drop off.
  • Self-contained ESE/PK classes have different procedures.

Dismissal

  • Dismissal change MachForms are due by 3:00 pm. Forms submitted after 3:00 pm are not guaranteed. The MachForm link can be found at: wges.pasco.k12.fl.us.
  • All early checkouts must take place BEFORE 3:00 pm.
  • There is no walk up pick up for dismissal.

Breakfast & Lunch

  • For Free/Reduced breakfast and lunch pricing, you will need to fill out a Free/Reduced lunch form. Visit the district website (www.pasco.k12.fl.us).
  • Parents may check in to eat lunch with your child starting September 1st.
  • We do not receive food deliveries from Uber Eats (and other services) in the office for students.

Volunteers

  • You must fill out and submit a new Volunteer Application on the district website every year, starting July 1st.
  • If you would like to chaperone field trips and/or attend events on campus, you must be an approved volunteer with fingerprints on file. Now is a great time to get started on this process!
