If your student is requiring medication to be administered during the school day, arrangements need to be made with the clinic assistant for drop off at the curbside. You will need to have the required paperwork completed. Please count the amount of pills, epi-pens, liquid medication, etc. you will be dropping off and document this number along with your initials on the top right corner of the Authorization for Medication form. You may sign up for a time to drop off medications on Friday, August 21 beginning at 1:00PM by contacting me at kray@pasco.k12.fl.us.
After Friday, you will need to contact the clinic to schedule a time. No medication drop off can occur during student drop off or pick up times. Please contact me if you have questions or concerns.
